Shift is pleased to offer 5000sq ft of training space. Our facility is proudly equipped with Rogue Fitness, an American made company. Shift has thousands of pounds of barbells, bumpers, kettle bells, wall balls, and dumbbells. For your cardio needs, we have 5 Concept 2 Rowers, 5 Assault Bikes, 5 Ski Ergs, plyometric boxes, and jump ropes. To top it all off, we have three GHDs, a reverse hyper, 8 20ft ropes, gymnastic rings, crossover symmetry, and 50ft of free standing Rogue Fitness pull-up rig for all of your gymnastic needs.

Legends Class

This Is a small group, coach led hour long session incorporating all the metrics and methodology of CrossFit, but with an added emphasis on safe movement patterns to allow for longevity and independence as we age. Class times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:30am. 
Who is the Legends class for?

  • Deconditioned athletes, or those who haven't worked out in a long time

  • Pregnant athletes

  • Post-Partum moms

  • Anyone wanting to try CrossFit but scared to just jump in
