Open Gym:
Our open gym time is Monday through Friday from 5:15am – 1pm and 3pm – 8pm. Saturdays open gym is at 8am but is not always open so please check with a coach. On Sunday we offer open gym from 9am-12pm. During open gym times the class comes first. Period. Please refrain from dropping barbells or anything else while a coach is talking. We ask that you wait until the class WOD has started before doing any loud movements.
