What: Foundations is broken down into one 2 hour class or two 1 hour one on one sessions. The goal of this program is to teach the CrossFit Methodology and the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, We will also be covering proper scaling of workouts, proper class etiquette, nutrition and much more.
Who: For any fitness level wanting to be a part of the CrossFit Shift community.
When: Group sessions will be held on the first Saturday of every month. Please contact us for our next class. To schedule 1on1 sessions please contact a coach to set up a time that works for you.
Cost: Our group session is free for you first time! Individual 1on1 sessions are $75 an hour.
