CrossFit Shift’s Coaches
Coach: Joshua Miller
Director of Training
There is something appealing about knowing that you possess the ability to conquer anything that comes your way. This is the way that CrossFit makes me feel. It’s having people next to you that are going through the same pain that drives me. With CrossFit, when you think it is too much, you will be pushed by the people around you to accomplish what you thought was impossible. There is nothing more real to me than that. My coaching philosophy is one of motivation and integrity. One of the most important aspects of my training is teaching technique before intensity. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and change there lives.
