What is CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population. Healthy living requires our kids to push, pull, squat, jump, climb, lift, throw and run. Unfortunately, most PE programs are too inadequate and infrequent to impact fitness.  And, most kids’ sports programs focus on skills and under-emphasize fitness in order to be more inclusive.

We believe kids should be fit enough to try, learn, and pursue any desire they have. We know that strength and fitness boost confidence and are the foundation for success in every physical activity, especially sports.   And, as the “sport of fitness” continues to grow, with fitness contests, CrossFit competitions, obstacle course races and more, there is no better training program than CrossFit and CrossFit Kids.

CrossFit Kids builds strength, power, endurance, speed, stamina, agility, balance, accuracy, flexibility, and coordination. Additionally CrossFit is great at building assertiveness and building ones self confidence. CrossFit Kids is scalable for all abilities and ages.

Age Groups
